Local authority names/boundaries not up-to-date (2021 onwards)

Hello, just to note that the 2021 LAD boundary changes are not currently reflected in the list of LTLAs.

The changes are:

• North Northamptonshire formed by merging Corby, East Northamptonshire, Kettering, and Wellingborough
• West Northamptonshire formed by merging Daventry, Northampton, and South Northamptonshire

This probably also affects the list of UTLAs since these new LADs are both UAs.

Staying on top of local authority changes is a pain - I'll try and have a think about how best to stay on top of this. SURELY there must be some data somewhere?
