- Added new schema files from the 2.3 release
- Added new example files from the 2.3 release
- Added several missing properties which are used in the EXTENDED profile
- Fixed duplicate property AppliedTradeAllowanceCharge in TradePrice which serialized only to cardinality of 0..1 instead of 0..n
