To reproduce:

definitions/folder/actions.yaml:

actions:
- table:
    fileName: "../content.sql"

results in the compiled graph having the fileName of definitions/foleder/../content.sql for the action.

We should instead normalize the filePath (without using Node, as Core doesn't use Node).
