First of all, thank you for such a wonderful software!
I have created a quality metric toolbox (bombcell) that interacts with phy by outputing a series of cluster_[quality_metricx].tsv files. I've noticed that these values get rounded to the nearest decimal point. This is often not enough for our purposes (as we can have values as low as 0.001). Would it be feasible to change the rounding level to a lower decimal point?
Thanks a lot and thanks again for creating and maintaining this wonderful resource!

I'm super busy at the moment, but I don't see it being a problem at all. If you track down the place where the rounding occurs submit a PR and I can review it to merge.
