We are planing to do neuropixel recordings and electrical stimulation simultaneously. Do anyone knows if there is a safe current/voltage range that I should consider?

I'm not sure - you might try asking this on slack, I know there are a few
people on there who have tried this. It may be hard to identify a solid
answer though because it should depend on how far the stimulating electrode
is from the probe, etc. I would just suggest to start small and increase
slowly...
