I originally found the problem with the geolocation service because I tried de/re-installing the applet.
However after a short time the original problem is recurring - it is generating multiple duplicate entries in my calendar, sometime filling up each day with them. Here's a screenshot of a moderate example. It gets worse.

This may be resolved by a change that was just made a few days ago– read through this thread #18 and see if re-adding the calendar with a "nocache" query at the end of URL fixes this for you. Based on the provided endpoint you are using it would look something like this:
