The functionality in the version manager widget is not really related to data visualisation, and therefore doesn't really belong in brainrender, but much more into the atlas API repo.

We could have bg_atlasapi[gui] and bg_atlasapi[napari] versions of the package, allowing reuse of the Qt widgets outside of napari.
