Web interface for customisation

Background

The idea of DIP switches for the user to configure, was solid - but I'm wanting to add more features than I have switches. Also, switches are confusing (not self-documenting).

Proposal

Implement a web interface that allows users to customise the meaning of the DIP switches, to a limited degree. The interface needs to be super easy to use, and self-explanatory. It should allow "bonus" features of the device to be unlocked: core functionality must work without needing to use the web interface.
