Output only "very high confidence"

Hi.
Thank you for a great tool! and the great work!

I try to run the tool with a "very high confidence" argument (-c 0), but the resulting output contains all other results (which in my case are False Positive).
How can I run it and save output that contains only the results of "Similarity detected very high confidence"
I would appreciate for ideas.
