ChatGPT Widescreen not working for new UI as of 11/22

The plugin does not work.
Looks like OpenAI updted their interface and the full width no longer works.

It doesn't seem to be working with me either. I'm on M. Edge, but it works on Brave (except the "new chat" option).

@AliasUruz thanks for the info, I updated the New Chat button selector but I can't Widescreen Mode to not work in any browser, are you a Plus user? Also can I login with your account to inspect elements?

By the way, I’m a Plus user, and I’ve tried messing around with the elements, like resizing the text box and text areas in Edge using uBlock Origin and Tampermonkey, but nothing’s worked. Before the last ChatGPT interface update, I could tweak those without issues, so I think something’s blocking it now.

Well without login there's nothing I can do (working with screenshots is too hard and unfair for me to have to deal with), also I refuse to pay for Plus again (which I had to do last time an update broke things) just to accommodate their change when they themself rip my extension off (e.g. the Full-Window mode was copied from me) so unfortunately unless you create a PR or buy me Plus, this will remain unresolved until non-Plus users get updated

What I mean is it makes no sense I should pay a company that constantly rips me off just so my product that brings them more business can unbreak from a (typically useless) change they made. I should be paid to maintain the bringing more biz, not other way around

You could sign up an alt new free account and confirm it works fine, then I know it is Plus-only bug (vs. they A/B test some change based on your region)

That is really weird because it doesn’t seem like it’s just an issue with Plus users. I’m not sure if it’s some kind of bug with my Chrome and Edge browsers, but the tool doesn’t work on neither of them. However, it does work perfectly fine on Brave when I’m using my Plus account.

To give you more context, I’m attaching three screenshots:

Something else I noticed is that Brave seems to be using the old layout of ChatGPT, showing first the "GPT's", then the chat history.

What's the console for Chrome show? Also any updates I make based on your info won't fully solve the issue until it finally breaks for me or a bug victim shares their login (at which point I would instantly fix it), it's just to make it less bad (like the New Chat button fix)
