Using the core program 27/09/2023 with parameter Zim_parameters_08a (so core sexual behaviour) and Zimbabwe abort statement, we are finding that the median % of current fsw is 1.7%.
This is similar to what we have in core.
Based on SAPPHIRE data and conversations with the CESHHAR team, we would like this % to be lower (1.2%?)@loveleen, could you please check?
For this reason we have now added the parameter base_rate_sw in the file Zim_parameters_08b.
In core (20230931): %sample(base_rate_sw, 0.0015 0.0020 0.0025, 0.2 0.6 0.2);
In Zim_parameters_08b: %sample(base_rate_sw, 0.0015 0.0020 , 0.3 0.7);
We are going to check whether this solves the issue
