Location of tmux config

Small note that on some systems, the tmux config file could be in $HOME/.config/tmux/tmix.conf. Might want to add that possibility in the README.md when explaining how to add mouse support.

Newer (versions of) CLI/TUI tools typically support the aforesaid XDG_BASE_DIR specification of which @qiUip has alluded to the standard location of XDG_CONFIG_HOME directory in this issue. The full specification is here, and of course the brilliant Arch Wiki has a nice, accessible documentation page on this. It is certainly worthwhile to take cognizance of this.
