We need a mock github for this. Add an issue, does it appear as an addition? Change the issue, does it appear as a diff? In dry-run without interaction? in actual run with interaction? Delete the issues, does it appear as a diff? In dry-run without interaction? In actual run with interaction? If delete is not accepted does it not get asked again with the local object marked as deleted? If delete is accepted does it also not get asked again with the local object removed?
