Add table support to the LXML docx API

The API outlined in #24 will gain the ability to report on table rows within the flow of text, allow the retrieval of fields within the table rows, allow the user to duplicate the rows and allow the user to replace the text in the table cells with Markdown.

At this stage, the ability to replace fields within longer runs of text within the cells will not be implemented.
