Not long ago, I came across a site (cactus.xyz) which had a SMART DNS service that called my attention. Which claimed to allow the end user or subscriber, unrestricted access to content whereas VMs from most cloud services were easily detected and blocked because of their "well known" IP addresses and readily available edge location and public ping test sites.
Good luck on the project!!!
