制造商ID(MakerId)看源码读取11个字节，实际2019是5个字节，在线JTTools解析错误！

这个0x0107制造商ID跟0x0100里面的制造商ID不是一个东西吗？

你可以看一下协议，0x0100是11个字节，但0x0107竟然是5个字节！

0x0100是包含了别的东西，比如行政区域代码

我看了，所以要是部标上报的都是5个字节，这两天抽时间改下，之前是一厢情愿了。
