Camera Pixel Mapping

We want to create a pixel map from one camera to another.

An approach to do this is, given cameras A and B :

1. Extract frames of the same timestamp from A and B
2. Use a feature detection + matching algorithm (like SIFT) to match features across the extracted frames
3. Use homography estimation to create a homographic matrix, $H$, that maps
4. Each pixel in A to B: $AH = B$
5. And use $H^{-1}$ to map B to A: $BH^{-1} = A$

Then, for each camera pairing, for each epoch, we can store the homographic matrix for the pairing as a file in /ceph/aeon/aeon/data/processed/<acq_pc>/<exp_name>/<epoch>/
