Problems with exp02 Patch 2 encoder data

Between 2022-06-02 and 2022-06-06 I noticed that the encoder angle value jumps between values very quickly, visualised in the plot below as jumps in cumulative wheel distance. The jumps are brief so you can still accurately track wheel movement if you clean up the data.
