Compression on Aeon3 top cams much worse than on Aeon4

The file sizes of the zoomed in top cams on Aeon3 are consistently 5X+ greater than for Aeon4. I don't think this should be the case - we should really get to the bottom of what's causing this on Aeon3 and try to fix it.

To tackle this: "the checklist is always the same, check if it's a hardware / software issue first, then check if it's environmental"
