  • Check harp sync data present and valid
  • Check probe data present and valid
  • Check BNO data present and valid
  • Check if patch events present and valid
  • Check if video events present and valid
  • Correlate ephys to BNO to video (e.g. movement onset following sleep should be roughly aligned in all three streams)
