QC Categorization

I am working a bit on QC right now, and just to put this down for posterirty, I have in mind three levels of QC:

1. Real-time: Runs on a stream as data is written to file
2. Online: Runs on a chunked file on the acq PC - QC results can optionally be read back into ongoing Bonsai exp workflow
3. Offline: Runs on a chunked file on any non-acq PC - can be during or after an experiment.

Right now, a Python script within a Bonsai workflow (SystemStartup) calls Robocopy - this could also call QC right before Robocopy copies the data over
