MoSeq analysis

To do:

• Run MoSeq on:
  • The top view of the nest
  • The patch cameras
• Generate ethograms from these results
• Think about how to integrate MoSeq into the Aeon pipeline

Extra ideas:

• 3D MoSeq using the top and side views of the nest camera
• Stitching together north and south top view cameras (would likely require calibrating the cameras with checkerboards)
