Fred says:

"We noted before to take a chroma slide image and display it with colormap(jet(10)). this would be more informative if we displayed the gray scale value ‘contour lines’, say every 10% pixel value drop from maximum color those pixels the next jet colormap level"

Vidrio say: "There a single function in one sub GUI that handles this based on table values. See +scanimage+guis\ChannelImageHandler.m"
