Change the top of hopper PNG to indicate rotation.

Hatter did you have something in mind for the hopper feature? Look like the json file will need to be edited for the straight hopper. Does it need to show powered vs unpowered status?

I do not right now, it would be in the uv files for the hopper. I need a break from Minecraft for a bit. So not working on this right now.
