Disclaimer: I'm not a member of Polidea, the company behind this repo, nor am I affiliated with them in any way. My comment is pure guesswork.

Given the fact that Polidea got acquired by Snowflake in 2021 (see LinkedIn as well as one of the founder's private blog), I assume they stopped working on this repository.
