Saved png file is visible only in Pixelorama #837

Pixelorama version:
0.10.3

OS/device including version:
Win 10 Home 22H2, 64bit

Issue description:
Created and saved png file in Pixelorama is visible only in program.

I created and exported file from account without user privilege.
I don't see file if I open directory/folder (I enabled showing hidden files)
CMD dir - no file
CMD dir /ah - the same result (I tried user and admin account)
I tried restart system
I tried search: files modified today in the whole drive E - no file
I can open file if I use ctrl+o in Pixelorama and point to the directory "with" this file

Steps to reproduce:

Create a new draft
Export to png file to E:\test folder
I see file if I use ctrl+o in Pixelorama, but I don't see file when I open the folder E:\test
