Pen pressure detection does not work

Pixelorama version: 0.11.4

OS/device including version: Windows 10

Issue description:
The pen pressure is not working properly.
In wintab driver mode, the pressure is always either 0 or 1
In winink driver mode, the pressure is displayed correctly, but only in Thresholds. I can't draw anything on the canvas using the pen with winink enabled

use a graphics monitor In wintab driver mode and In winink driver mode
