As the Workflows spec emerges as the second kind of specification under the OpenAPI auspices, there may be some governance issues to address.

  1. Whether it makes sense to move from a SIG to a Working Group model that operates semi-autonomously under the TSC
  2. Whether the CSL (Community Specification License) is more appropriate than Apache
  3. Updating to the structure of the group, such as updating the original "champions" section of the Workflows' readme.

There may be more, in which case please add as comments.
