Google Play integrity failed to verify app or device - PC

I've ran into this problem after installing WSA_2311.40000.5.0_x64 for PC. Play store still works & apps still install, but a lot of features aren't available rendering them severely limited because of this. Is there a way to fix this? It says make sure you have a network connection to resolve itself, well I do.
