I have some cases where I am happy with registration but not with ROI detection. So I'd like to re-run ROI detection only without redoing registration by selecting ('0' for registration). However, I do not save the registered tiffs as the binary file has the same information, I thought. But there doesn't seem to be a option in GUI that I can use those binary files as input to run suite2p. I tried the pre-populated option "binary", but it does not detect the suite2p binary files (I guess this option is for different data acquisition types).
Before I start writing a command line script, I wanted to check whether there is a way to use the suite2p binary file for ROI detection on GUI. Does anybody know?
