After processing the two-photon calcium recordings, I exported plot data to csv file by choosing an activity mode; F, Fneu, F-0.7*Fneu, and deconvolution. Then, I found the last column containing negative values in all csv files. Could you explain what those negative values mean and how it was calculated?
Also, it looks like there is a kind of sequence, like 3, 2.5, 2, and so on. Could you explain why? I've attached an image showing what I found in a csv file.
