Unable to login reports « problem »

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open Zeddy see login, put in info, try to login using MyRenault and/or Z.E. Sévices will not login, says problem with détails.

iOS version: iOS 16.4.1

Zeddy version: Cannot login to find version

iOS device: iPhone SE

Expected behavior
Login to Zeddy

Additional context
Deleted Zeddy and reinstalled several times to no avail.
