Hello,

I am using rpy 3.4.5 and it seems that the packages aren't the same as on the 2.8 version. Any idea on transforming ndvi_seq into r_ndvi in the run_bfast function ?

Thanks a lot

Hi @Thomasdht

Sorry I can't be of much help here; the code here works with (very?) old R package versions. In the mean time, the python implementation of bfast became available; I suggest you try that one: https://pypi.org/project/bfast/

Otherwise, I expect you will have to downgrade the packages to the versions defined in the Dockerfile
