Package @tuyau/utils not installed along with @tuyau/core

When installing the @tuyau/core package in a AdonisJS project using thenode ace add @tuyau/core command, the package @tuyau/utils is not added to the package.json, thus not installed. This results in the api.ts file not resolving the types imports.

REMINDER : The @tuyau/utils package has been updated, and the type parameters for the type MakeTuyauResponse changed. Users weren't notified of this change.
