Implementation Proposal for Mandatory Feature Documentation Prior to Coding

I propose implementing a standardized requirement for all contributors to provide a detailed description, diagrams, or any other relevant documentation pertaining to the features they intend to add, prior to commencing the coding process. This approach will greatly facilitate our understanding and subsequent implementation of the proposed features.
