Settings > Reset API token > incorrect instructions

Issue

Settings > Reset API token has the following instructions:
"...If you reset your token, you will need to update any default callbacks in your pipelines..."

I've performed a token reset and the pipeline API token updates automatically.

Questions:

• Does anything actually need to be updated? And if so, where?
• Does this message actually correspond to running pipelines which could fail?
• Does the application have error-checking to prevent API token reset during a running pipeline job?
