Replace browser tooltips on items with presstips

We now include notes in item tooltips (and we fixed the issue that prevented tooltips from showing at all!). But we can't show custom symbols in notes, and it'd be nice to show some other info like armor stat spreads or item traits, if we can keep the tooltip small and unobtrusive. It'd also be great to enable this on mobile.
