Some enhanced weapons are displayed to have bonus stats prior level 20

Describe the bug

For whatever reason DIM displays all my enhanced MT as having +2 bonus stats, but their level is less than 20 where this bonus applies.

I checked all other weapons I have enhanced and this happens only to MT. Others either do not have such erroneous display or they are Adept with +3 initially.
