Make a website highlighting CC0 publishers and datasets

Create a wall of fame for those publishers and datasets that use CC0.

• Link to GBIF pages for datasets and publishers
• Show per publisher how many datasets are released under CC0: 8/9
• Show a chart with the evolution over time.

We could also list all publishers, which would then be a list of fame and shame.

It could just be a table, which can be sorted.
