Is there a way to remove the 'To exit fullscreen, press Esc' message after entering fullscreen?

In Firefox-based browsers, there's no such message, and I love it because it doesn't distract me. However, in Chromium-based browsers, this message does appear, and I’m wondering if there's a flag to disable it in Chrome?
